Woodland Trust : Woodland Carbon Project 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Reforest' (.uk)(2009-07-03) There is incontrovertible evidence that our climate is rapidly warming
as a consequence of elevated levels of greenhouse gases. Climate change
will have an impact on all of our lives: it is also a major long term
threat to our native woodland and its wildlife. The need to reduce our
impact on the environment to alleviate the effects of global warming is
both necessary and urgent.
